Many people are unaware of the direct impact their diet has on their mental and emotional state. Because of the way the body is designed, poor “fuel” often translates to poor function and performance.

Our body is designed to relay information and communication through use of our neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are the “messages” released at the end of the nerves throughout the body telling it what to do and how to perform. These transmitters are fueled by the food we eat and are therefore directly affected by poor nutrition.

Because diet directly influences the ways you work and interact with other people, fueling your body with these unhealthy building blocks is not only a poor choice, it’s sabotage.
