  1. How is barley coffee gluten free is it is made with barley which contains gluten?

  2. According to their website, http://www.cafecebada.com, their coffee alternative is “gluten-free when brewed according to the directions.” Evidently the gluten element doesn’t come out in the brewing/steeping. Thanks for your question.
